Key Responsibilities

• (Key Responsibilities): Primary Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services to patients, including children ages 2+.

• Intervention & Education: Assist patients in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education.

• Treatment Planning: Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to address patient health issues.

• Virtual Care: Provide Virtual care to patients when needed and clinically appropriate.

Requirements

• Qualifications): Education & Training: Degree from an accredited United States Medical School (MD) or Osteopathic Medical School (DO).

• Must complete and pass a residency program in the United States.

• Licensure & Certification (Required): Current license in the state or states where the physician will practice.

• Board Certified in primary care or another related field (or Board eligible, with a commitment to obtain certification).
