Key Responsibilities

Must have ICU experience 1+ years * Full Time - Night Shift - 36 hr/week * Will float to the various ICU departments in Youngstown, Boardman and Warren * 6 week schedule assignments * Premium pay and higher shift differential for nights * Required to work 4 weekend shifts in 6 week schedule (only 1 day on the weekend or can work 2 full weekends in 6 week schedule) * Only required to work 2 holidays per year Intro paragraph As a faith-based and patient-focused organization, Mercy Health exists to enhance the health and well-being of all people in mind, body and spirit through exceptional patient care.

must obtain from approved source prior to direct patient care; ACLS or PALS required based on specialty assignment) Education Associate's of Nursing (required) Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN) (preferred) Work Experience 1 year of experience as an Registered Nurse in acute care (required) Training EPIC Electronic Health Record (preferred) Patient Population Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit.
