About the Role

This full-time Home Health Field Registered Nurse position in San Rafael, California, offers hands-on nursing care in patients' homes. You will work under the supervision of a Case Manager Registered Nurse.

The Offer

You will provide skilled nursing services including PICC line care, wound care, feeding pumps, catheter management, trach care, injections, IV antibiotic administration, and more. One year of nursing experience preferred but may be waived for new grads or internal candidates.

This role requires traveling to patients' homes in Marin County. On-call weekend rotations are part of the schedule.
