Key Responsibilities
- Provide same day care for new and established Wallace patients with a wide range of acute needs.
- Perform clinical evaluations, physical exams, and histories.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic concerns that arise during visits.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted NP license in Oregon Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification required (role serves pediatrics through geriatrics).
