About the Role

Join Trinity Health as a Social Worker – Hospice, No Weekends in United States. Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: This Social Worker II position will cover the MercyOne Genesis Hospice House as well as community hospice which will require some driving. The PRN position is 8 hour day shifts Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
