About the Role

Join Jasper Holdings Inc. as a Health WoRx - Nurse Practitioner in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Telemedicine Appointments for facilities located in Indiana and Missouri.

Perform outreach and educational services, including coaching on overall health of individuals, health risks, and diseases, offering options to address, and assistance with a plan and support.

Requirements

of two weeks for training.

Transportation and housing will be provided while training in Jasper.
