Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
Perform neonatal resuscitation and manage emergencies such as sepsis, respiratory distress, and cardiac complications.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements
