Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP, FNP, ARNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA

• C) licensed in working state

• Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) license

• 2 years of wound care and/or surgical experience (highly preferred, but not required); extensive training available

• $160,000.00 with bonus potential Anticipated Territory: 4 days in Eugene & 1 day in Roseburg This position is classified as: Salary, Exempt; Full
