Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP, FNP, ARNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA

C) licensed in working state

Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) license

2 years of wound care and/or surgical experience (highly preferred, but not required); extensive training available

Benefits & Compensation

$160,000.00 with bonus potential Anticipated Territory: 4 days in Eugene & 1 day in Roseburg This position is classified as: Salary, Exempt; Full

Time 0.8FTE or 1.0FTE employment Hours: Typical hours are Monday through Friday; 6:00am – 3:00pm, no nights, weekends, or call Benefits:

Paid Time Off: 1. Accrual up to 172 hours (21.5 days) your first year of employment based on 1.0FTE status 2. Sick accrual per state law 3. 8 paid Holidays for full
