About the Role
Join Piedmont Healthcare Inc. as a Physician Compensation Analyst – Senior Role in United States. Overview This role is based at our Atlantic Station offices. Team members are expected to work on-site Monday through Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development, analysis and implementation of physician compensation plans in support of Piedmont Healthcare Physician Enterprise employed providers.
- In conjunction with the department leader, develops, reviews, documents and implements standard policies, procedures and processes across the health system.
- Provides training, communication support and consultative services regarding best practices and market competitive data.
Requirements
- Education Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university with course emphasis in Business Administration, Finance or a closely related field required.
- Work Experience Five (5) years of professional work experience in.
