About the Role

Join Humboldt Park Health as a Hospitalist - Family Medicine (Preferred) in United States. Humboldt Park Health is a mission-driven, community-based hospital serving Chicago’s West Side since 1894. Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for admitted patients, including adult internal medicine, pediatric, behavioral health, and critical care patients.

Manage assigned and unassigned admissions from medical staff and external referral sources.

Monitor patients throughout hospitalization and ensure timely, safe, and compliant discharge processes. CLINICAL LEADERSHIP & EMERGENCY RESPONSE

Serve as clinical team lead for codes, rapid responses, and emergent clinical events.

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).

Board Certified in Family Medicine.

Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license (or eligibility to obtain).

Minimum of one (1) year of hospitalist or inpatient clinical experience preferred.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
