Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for admitted patients, including adult internal medicine, pediatric, behavioral health, and critical care patients.
  • Manage assigned and unassigned admissions from medical staff and external referral sources.
  • Monitor patients throughout hospitalization and ensure timely, safe, and compliant discharge processes. CLINICAL LEADERSHIP & EMERGENCY RESPONSE
  • Serve as clinical team lead for codes, rapid responses, and emergent clinical events.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine.
  • Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Minimum of one (1) year of hospitalist or inpatient clinical experience preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
