Key Responsibilities

Provides support and coordination in the delivery of designated social programs.

Provides support in the delivery of designated activities within social services setting.

Maintain contact with other social service agencies and health care providers involved with clients to provide information and obtain feedback on clients' overall progress.

Contributes towards evaluation of social programs and activities.

Requirements

Willingness to develop an understanding and support for the mission and purpose of The Salvation Army in Canada and its implications as related to position responsibilities.

Completion of a high school diploma plus a formal certificate program or specialized courses of up to one year is required.

CPR, First Aid and Non
