Key Responsibilities
- Provides support and coordination in the delivery of designated social programs.
- Provides support in the delivery of designated activities within social services setting.
- Maintain contact with other social service agencies and health care providers involved with clients to provide information and obtain feedback on clients' overall progress.
- Contributes towards evaluation of social programs and activities.
Requirements
- Willingness to develop an understanding and support for the mission and purpose of The Salvation Army in Canada and its implications as related to position responsibilities.
- Completion of a high school diploma plus a formal certificate program or specialized courses of up to one year is required.
- CPR, First Aid and Non
