Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist delivers professional pharmaceutical services to patients, providers, and hospital staff, focusing on ensuring optimal pharmaceutical therapy outcomes. This involves prospectively developing pharmaceutical plans for each patient in accordance with established policies and regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy and possess either a PGY1 residency or two years of commensurate pharmacist experience in a health-system setting; Texas Pharmacist License eligibility is mandatory. PGY2 Critical Care training and previous pediatric experience are preferred qualifications.
