Join Hebrew SeniorLife as a Physical Therapist – Per Diem in United States. Job Description: I. Position Summary: Organize and conduct physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate clients, develop appropriate treatment goals and methods, implement the physical therapy treatment plan, and complete all related documentation and record keeping regarding these services.

Design and fit adaptive devices, and train clients in the use of adaptive devices including orthotics and prosthetics.

Select physical agent modalities suited to the individual’s needs, physical capacity, mobility activities and diagnosis.
