Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to determine patient needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and agency standards.

Provide therapeutic interventions targeting speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Educate patients and families on communication strategies, compensatory techniques, and safe swallowing practices.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a degree from an accredited SLP program and hold current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Michigan, along with CPR certification.
