Requirements
- Qualifications: Must be a graduate of a Doctorate’s or previously equivalent professional Physical Therapy training program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Required: Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy FSBPT Certification.
- State of Michigan Physical Therapist License or eligible to obtain licensure prior to hire date.
