About the Role
Join Mass General Brigham's urgent care team as a per diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Support coverage at South Weymouth and Pembroke, MA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care, counseling, and teaching in ambulatory and urgent care settings.
- Perform histories, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.
- Develop and evaluate plans of care.
- Order medications and write prescriptions.
- Document patient encounters thoroughly.
- Perform bedside procedures as appropriate.
Requirements
- Master's degree from accredited nursing or PA program.
- Current Massachusetts license as FNP or PA.
- Preferred 1+ year urgent care or ED experience.
- Experience with pediatric patients preferred.

- Hourly pay range $57.88 - $81.95.

Work Schedule
- Minimum 3 shifts per month.
- At least one weekend shift monthly.
- Coverage for one major holiday per year.
- Operating hours: Weekdays 8am-7pm, Sat 9am-3:30pm, Sun 9am-1pm.
