About the Role

Join Mass General Brigham's urgent care team as a per diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Support coverage at South Weymouth and Pembroke, MA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care, counseling, and teaching in ambulatory and urgent care settings.
  • Perform histories, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.
  • Develop and evaluate plans of care.
  • Order medications and write prescriptions.
  • Document patient encounters thoroughly.
  • Perform bedside procedures as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from accredited nursing or PA program.
  • Current Massachusetts license as FNP or PA.
  • Preferred 1+ year urgent care or ED experience.
  • Experience with pediatric patients preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Minimum 3 shifts per month.
  • At least one weekend shift monthly.
