About the Role

Join UAB St. Vincent's as a Manager Physician Practice Ops – No Weekends in United States. Position Overview Department: Primary Care Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm. No weekends/holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the assigned practice site(s).

Develop growth strategies and business plans in cooperation with practice physicians and physician leadershi.

Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.

coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other providers.

Serve as a liaison between practice physicians and office employees, and between the practice and other clinical and administrative areas.

Develop growth strategies and business plans in cooperation with practice physicians and physician leadership.

Support financial, budget and business goals.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.
