About the Role
Join Rio at Mission Trails as a Physical Therapist – PRN, Flexible Schedule in United States. We have an amazing opportunity for a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapist! We are looking for a PT to join our in-house team of outstanding professionals that service our residents through person-centered care to achieve positive outcomes!
Key Responsibilities
- Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition.
- Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results.
- Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
- Creating personalized rehabilitation programs for patients.
Requirements
- Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab. Physical Therapist Skills:
- SNF/Long term care experience preferred.
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
