Key Responsibilities

will do: Evaluates patients for eligibility and interest in hospice services, describes the support and care available from hospice along with the benefits of hospice care.

Salary: $38 - $50.18/hr

Part Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.

Requirements

Effective verbal and written communication, a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and strong interpersonal skills are mandatory.
