Join Oscar Health as a Lead Physician - Virtual Urgent Care in United States. Hi, we're Oscar Medical Group. We're hiring a Lead Physician to join our Virtual Urgent Care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct high quality, safe patient care via telemedicine (video, phone, messaging) while working with a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide supervision to a group of APPs (NPs and PAs) who are delivering care in a virtual environment and provide professional & clinical growth.

• Be a clinical escalation point for the care delivery team as needed (APPs, RNs, MAs).

• Support development of clinical guidelines, continuous improvement of care model, and participate in collaborative projects with Operations and Product team members as a clinical leader.

• Salary: $221K - $290K

• 18 days PTO.
