Requirements

A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited school is required upon hire, along with licensure by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy and Basic Life Support certification. Preferred experience includes completion of a PGY-1 residency or two or more years of clinical pharmacist experience.
