About the Role

Join Adelphi Staffing as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in United States. Adelphi is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) to provide behavioral services for a school in St. Lucie, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

Support administration of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and related data collection to identify patterns and intervention needs.

Help implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by supervising BCBAs.

Monitor student behavior data to assess progress and make recommendations for treatment adjustments.

Support and coach RBTs and school staff in consistent ABA strategy application and data collection procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.

Completion of approved behavior

analytic coursework (typically verified course sequences).

Completion of supervised fieldwork hours under the oversight of a qualified BCBA.

Work Schedule

Contract position.

Day shift only - no nights.
