Requirements

Candidates must possess a current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, along with a current CPR certification and an updated Tuberculin (TB) test. While a minimum of one year of Home Health or Hospice nursing experience is preferred, candidates must also demonstrate the ability to travel within the service area and possess strong critical thinking and professional presentation skills.
