About the Role

The Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive occupational therapy services for veterans in the Buffalo VA Medical Center's Home Based Primary Care program. This permanent position involves patient scheduling, assessment, treatment planning, and discharge.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools.
Deliver individual and group occupational therapy interventions.
Recommend and educate on adaptive equipment.
Participate actively in interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

Professional occupational therapy licensure.
