About the Role

Join Shriners Children's Philadelphia as a part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) providing anesthesia care for complex pediatric surgical cases in a collaborative physician-supervised model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and manage pediatric airway and hemodynamics.
  • Participate in pediatric emergency response and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia.
  • Current CRNA certification and RN/APRN licensure.
  • Eligibility for DEA and required certifications (BLS, PALS).
  • Minimum 1-3 years pediatric anesthesia experience preferred.
