This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

About the Role

Join Shriners Children's Philadelphia as a part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) providing anesthesia care for complex pediatric surgical cases in a collaborative physician-supervised model.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
Monitor patient vital signs and manage pediatric airway and hemodynamics.
Participate in pediatric emergency response and quality assurance.

Requirements

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia.
Current CRNA certification and RN/APRN licensure.
Eligibility for DEA and required certifications (BLS, PALS).
Minimum 1-3 years pediatric anesthesia experience preferred.
