About the Role

This full-time Home Health Field Physical Therapist position in Fremont, California, offers hands-on patient care in home settings. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Case Manager focusing on follow-up visits.

The Offer

You will provide gait training, balance and neuromuscular re-education, transfer training, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and pain management. Requirements include a current California PT license, BLS/CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. One year of experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.
