About the Role
Join Public Health Management Corporation as a FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER – SPANISH BILINGUAL in United States. Family Nurse Practitioner – Bilingual will provide primary care services for adults and families in English and Spanish languages, according to certification, in federally qualified health center settings to diverse and underserved populations. The employee will report to the Medical Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services.
- Work within all state and federal laws and regulations, and the agreement with the collaborative physician.
- Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence
- based protocols.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse and an APN Nurse Practitioner.
- Primary Source Verification: PA Division of Consumer Affairs, Board of Nursing.
- Meets Credentialing Requirements as stipulated by Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers
