About the Role
Join Alomere Health as a Pharmacist – Hospital – Rotating Shifts in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret physician orders for appropriateness
- Dispense prescriptions to patients in accordance with hospital policy and state and federal laws
- Maintain an up to date patient profile ensuring an accurate eMAR
- Review drug orders for incompatibilities, interactions, contraindications, and allergies Drug Compounding/Delivery
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Minnesota Preferred Qualifications
- Three years’ work experience in an acute care facility
- Post graduate residency in an acute care hospital Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $131K - $184K
- Pension plan offered.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
