About the Role

Join PACS as a Speech Language Pathologist(SLP) Per Diem in United States.

Key Responsibilities

and Responsibilities Evaluate residents within twenty-four (24) hours or one (1) business day of physician referral.

If unable to complete evaluation within that timeframe, document cause for delay in the medical record.

Develop individualized treatment plans and obtain physician approval for services.

Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans.

Requirements

time SLP services after graduate degree; Successfully passed a national SLP examination approved by the HHS Secretary. Experience in a skilled nursing or post

acute setting preferred. Proficiency in electronic medical record systems such as Casamba and/or PointClickCare preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Active Speech
