About the Role

Join HavenPoint Health as a Nurse Practitioner- Full-time Contract in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • provide interim coverage from April through June 2026, supporting a Transitional Care Facility prior to perm.
  • Provide full-scope post-acute inpatient care for 22–25 patients
  • Be onsite Monday–Friday
  • Establish Expected.
  • manage acute and chronic conditions -Support smooth transitions to home/community through collaboration wit.

Requirements

Candidates must be licensed and in good standing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Nova Scotia and must be available full-time for the entire April through June contract period. Experience in inpatient, post-acute, geriatric, or transitional care settings is sought, along with a passion for restorative care.
