About the Role

Join Select Specialty Hospital - Town and Country as a Respiratory Therapist PRN in United States. Overview Position: Respiratory Therapist (RT) Location: Town & Country, MO (moving 2026 to Christian Northeast) Schedule: PRN Day or Night 7- 7 Compensation: $42 /hourly Competitive shift differentials for nights $3.50 and weekends $3.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluating patients and recommending an appropriate treatment plan.

Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.

Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.

Promoting continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

Minimum requirements: Must possess "Active" CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.

Proof of graduation required: college transcript/diploma (preferred) or high school transcript/diploma or GED Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.

Current state licensure is required.

ACLS is required upon hire.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $42/hr

Signing bonus: $5,000.

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.
