About the Role
Join Greater Good Health as a Nurse Practitioner – M-F Schedule, Annual Wellness Visits in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting annual wellness visits primarily at the patient's residence, supplemented by telehealth
- Thoroughly documenting medical histories, symptoms, and medication information
- Administering various tests and screenings
- Collaborating with our Primary Care team to ensure holistic patient care
Requirements
- Current California Nurse Practitioner license
- Nurse Practitioner certification from either the ANCC / AANP
- 2 + years of clinical experience as a NP in either Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gerontology or Palliative Care. Home care experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of chronic care management and various medication options
