Requirements

• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and leadership to nurse practitioners and nursing staff

• Train and guide counseling staff in integrated care practices, including when to initiate warm handoffs to medical services, how to collaborate on cases with co

• occurring conditions, and when to connect students with health promotion resources

• Evaluate staff performance, clinical competency, and professional development on a scheduled basis and keep staff informed of their development and progress towards goals.
