Key Responsibilities

Maintain timely, thorough documentation aligned with Vitable standards
Help establish and maintain a QA program
Conduct chart reviews, audits, and quality monitoring aligned with internal standards and external partner/funder expectations
Support development of standardized templates, protocols, and training to reinforce evidence-based care
Serve as a Pod Lead for a group of clinicians
Provide mentorship, coaching, and structured feedback to support clinical growth and performance

Requirements

High visibility and impact across clinical operations, quality, and provider experience
Practice at the top of license while modeling clinical excellence and professionalism
Identify clinical, operational, and technical issues impacting care delivery, provider experience, or patient safety and propose solutions
Active, unrestricted clinical license (NP, PA, or MD/DO) with multi-state licensure strongly preferred
Preferred Experience
Prior experience serving as a pod lead, supervisor, or clinical mentor
