Key Responsibilities
- Maintain timely, thorough documentation aligned with Vitable standards
- Help establish and maintain a QA program
- Conduct chart reviews, audits, and quality monitoring aligned with internal standards and external partner/funder expectations
- Support development of standardized templates, protocols, and training to reinforce evidence-based care
- Serve as a Pod Lead for a group of clinicians
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and structured feedback to support clinical growth and performance
Requirements
- High visibility and impact across clinical operations, quality, and provider experience
- Practice at the top of license while modeling clinical excellence and professionalism
- Identify clinical, operational, and technical issues impacting care delivery, provider experience, or patient safety and propose solutions
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (NP, PA, or MD/DO) with multi-state licensure strongly preferred
- Preferred Experience
- Prior experience serving as a pod lead, supervisor, or clinical mentor

- Support real-time provider questions and decision-making during coverage hours
