Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain timely, thorough documentation aligned with Vitable standards
  • Help establish and maintain a QA program
  • Conduct chart reviews, audits, and quality monitoring aligned with internal standards and external partner/funder expectations
  • Support development of standardized templates, protocols, and training to reinforce evidence-based care
  • Serve as a Pod Lead for a group of clinicians
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and structured feedback to support clinical growth and performance

Requirements

  • High visibility and impact across clinical operations, quality, and provider experience
  • Practice at the top of license while modeling clinical excellence and professionalism
  • Identify clinical, operational, and technical issues impacting care delivery, provider experience, or patient safety and propose solutions
  • Active, unrestricted clinical license (NP, PA, or MD/DO) with multi-state licensure strongly preferred
  • Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience serving as a pod lead, supervisor, or clinical mentor
