Key Responsibilities

• Routine Rounds and Monitoring: Conduct regular rounds to assess residents’ conditions, adjust treatment plans, and address any emergent health concerns.

• Care Coordination: Collaborate with facility staff, family members, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care tailored to the residents' needs.

• Patient Education: Educate residents, families, and facility staff on disease prevention, wellness, and managing chronic illnesses to support better health outcomes.

Requirements

• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills Must possess traits of punctuality, organizational skills, and ability to function within a team.

• This role requires travel to and from one or more assigned facilities.

• Depending on the amount of travel required, Curana may in future determine that a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record are required.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $120K - $135K

• Signing bonus: $15,000.

• 401(k) with employer match.
