About the Role

MultiCare offers a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Triage Coordinator position focused on telehealth and care coordination. Work collaboratively to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and administrative support.
• Coordinate community and system resources.
• Assist nursing team with patient care.
• Deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a medical facility.
• Preferred experience in emergency/crisis situations.
