Key Responsibilities

• Examines, diagnoses and treats patients

• Ensures fulfillment of Prominis Medical Services commitment for ensuring quality care

• Diagnoses and treats variety of diseases in general practice

• Collects, records and maintains accurate patient information

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program: Family or Adult Geriatrics

• Current New York State License as a Nurse Practitioner.

• National Board Certification required (preferred)

• American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)

Work Schedule

• Fixed schedule.
