Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
- Current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) licensure in West Virginia (and Ohio, if applicable).
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a healthcare setting; hospice or home health experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions, grief, and bereavement.
