Key Responsibilities

• Will Look Like Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to pediatric patients Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and your multidisciplinary team Provide culturally competent, family-centered care Complete case management consistent with quality assurance standards Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in team meetings and care coordination What You'll Need Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Colorado DORA PT license, or eligible to obtain BLS/CPR certification Passion for pediatric care and collaborative practice Pediatric experience preferred — new grads welcome! Experience in multidisciplinary settings preferred Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to sit for 1–2 hours and stand or walk for 4–6 hours daily.

• Salary: $84K - $100K

• Signing bonus: $10,000.
