Key Responsibilities

• This is a PRN position We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our CHI Health at Home team in Colorad Springs.

• The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose and treat patients with speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders for patients in their homes.

• Responsibilities: Provide therapy to patients in their homes, including techniques to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills.

Requirements

• Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active registered SLP license in the state which you practice and certification (CCC

• SLP) from ASHA. Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification One

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.

• No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
