About the Role

Join Spectrum Builders & Renovations as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist working inside an Army Correctional facility in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This role focuses on specialized treatment and rehabilitation for long-term ex-military inmates, including sexual and violent offenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 5-9 patients per day.
• Conduct psychological evaluations and establish psychiatric diagnoses.
• Provide individual and group psychological treatment.
• Assist in rehabilitation and program evaluation.
• Collaborate with DoD correctional community and external agencies.
• Present program outcomes to military and professional organizations.

Requirements

• Ph. D. or Psy. D. in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA accredited program.
• Completion of APA approved internship.
• Minimum 2 years licensed clinical psychologist experience.
• Current, full, active, unrestricted psychology license.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to pass security clearance.
• Familiarity with Air Force organizational structure.

Benefits & Compensation

• Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1-hour paid lunch.
• 40 hours per week.
