Recovery Counselor

About the Role

Join Kenneth Young Center as a Recovery Counselor in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling support services to all IRG clients based on identified frequency in plan of care and as directed by evidenced based practice

• Serve clients showing mastery of therapy and case management tools, with comfort in group, individual, advocacy, and consultation settings

• Assist clients in developing Plans of Care (integrated assessments and treatment plans) and monitoring progress with these in the IM

• CANS format

Requirements

• Participate in All Staff meetings, IRG team Meetings, other team and clinical staff meetings and trainings as directed by supervisor

• Interpret and communicate, at the service delivery level, Center policies and procedures

• Complete all clinical documentation and required reports in an accurate and timely manner according to KYC policy

• Meet agency quality and compliance standards Education, Experience and Other Requirements:
