About the Role

Maven seeks Telehealth Providers across all specialties to deliver virtual care via video and messaging. Providers collaborate with care advocates to meet member needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care via video consults and asynchronous messaging.
• Collaborate with care teams for referrals and follow-ups.
• Serve as ambassadors of Maven's care model.

Requirements

• Active certification or license in specialty.
• Ability to provide 5-10 hours per week.
• Experience in empathetic, culturally humble care.
• Strong organizational skills.
