Requirements

Whats Required
MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U. S. license in at least one state; multi
Board certified (or board eligible within acceptable window) in relevant specialty.
DEA (and state CSR where required) for prescribing; X
waiver no longer needed, but MOUD experience is a plus where applicable.
residency clinical experience (telemedicine experience preferred).
