Requirements

• Whats Required
• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U. S. license in at least one state; multi
• Board certified (or board eligible within acceptable window) in relevant specialty.
• DEA (and state CSR where required) for prescribing; X
• waiver no longer needed, but MOUD experience is a plus where applicable.
• residency clinical experience (telemedicine experience preferred).
