Job Description

Imagine working fully remote, setting your own schedule with a minimum of 10 hours per week. You provide gender-affirming hormone therapy and primary care to transgender adults nationwide. Compensation is per visit, with $25 for 15-minute visits and $45 for 30-minute visits, plus quarterly bonuses and license reimbursements for high hours.

Your role focuses on longitudinal care including onboarding and follow-ups, managing labs and prescriptions, all supported by a large clinical and administrative team. You’ll collaborate with diverse clinicians in a tech-forward environment that values mission-driven care.
