Key Responsibilities

Ensuring that patients receive optimal postoperative care through monitoring vital signs and conducting assessments.

Providing comfort measures to ensure patient's comfort as they recover from anesthesia.

Administering medications, pain relief, and IV fluids as prescribed by the physician.

Educating patients on their recovery progress and answering any questions they may have.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred, and hold a New Hampshire or Compact State Registered Nurse License. The role requires the ability to obtain BLS certification during orientation, and ACLS certification is preferred.
