Join Sanford Health as a Family Medicine Physician – 4-Day Week, No Call in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• must be able to demonstrate active involvement in the clinical aspects of Family Medicine by providing case log that includes 25 vaginal deliveries, 50 adult medical patients, and 10 inpatient care of children under the age of 18 (excluding normal newborn), as applicable to privileges being requested, in the last 12 months.

• provide consultation to patients of all ages with a wide variety of illness, diseases, injuries, mental heal.

• provide their residency procedure log and a list of completed rotations, as applicable.

• provide a quality profile from hospital(s) where he/she currently has privileges showing his/her clinical ac.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or he Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada.
