Requirements

  • QUALIFICATIONS: Required to travel as needed EDUCATION / LICENSURE: Licensure in the State of Texas as Occupational Therapist Graduate of an accredited Degree program in Occupational Therapy.
  • Clinical experience preferred Must have and maintain current BLS certification, according to unit specific needs.
  • Certification must be in accordance with the curriculum of the AHA, for Healthcare Provider’s Program.
