Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: Required to travel as needed EDUCATION / LICENSURE: Licensure in the State of Texas as Occupational Therapist Graduate of an accredited Degree program in Occupational Therapy.

Clinical experience preferred Must have and maintain current BLS certification, according to unit specific needs.

Certification must be in accordance with the curriculum of the AHA, for Healthcare Provider’s Program.
