About the Role

Join UChicago Medicine as a Staff Pharmacist, Registry – Outpatient Retail, Day Shift in Hyde Park, Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

will provide clinical and distributive pharmacy services for patients receiving treatment within an assigned area.

will be scheduled to work at both the Hyde Park DCAM Outpatient Pharmacy and Burr Ridge Call Center.

Requirements

Supervises pharmacy technicians working under their direction

Identify service requirements by interaction and consultation with patients, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and technicians.

Ensure proper dosing of medications based on Pharmacokinetic principles and serum drug level monitoring. Participation in the hospitals Pharmacokinetic dosing service.
