Solo Nurse Practitioner FNP or Physician Assistant PA-C

About the Role

DispatchHealth seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with acute care experience to provide in-home care in Denver, Colorado. This solo provider role involves traveling to patients' homes in a company vehicle branded “Rover” and delivering comprehensive assessments and treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and treat mild to complex illnesses.
• Perform therapeutic interventions including splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures.
• Independently deliver care with a 1:1 patient ratio, seeing 4-7 patients per 10-hour shift.
• Document encounters accurately and coordinate follow-up care.
• Work weekends (minimum 4 days per 28-day cycle) and 3 holidays annually.

Requirements

• Minimum two years APP experience in acute care settings.
• Current unrestricted NP or PA license.
• National board certification.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• Prescriptive authority and DEA where required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Work Schedule
